Pranam, dear friends! My name is Polina Rudrani. I was born in Russia and adopted by Italy. I am a seasoned yogi, meditator and spiritual seeker. I felt my calling to serve people from an early age and it resulted in master’s in psychotherapy and consulting. After my first visit to India 10+ years ago when I met my Guru, I’ve embarked on a journey of studying spirituality and Indian philosophy. Since then I’ve been sharing my experience as a yoga and meditation teacher.

I see the goal of my life in spreading knowledge, love and light while constantly learning to be a better human and opening up to the Divine within. I truly believe in a profound connection we all share and see relationships as the infinite source of growth.
